In Germany, there is an official or police obligation to Obligation to report in accordance with the Federal Registration Act. Landlords and landladies are obliged to have a registration form filled out and signed by their guests on arrival.

We will answer your enquiry as quickly as possible and get back to you directly.
You can book your stay quickly and conveniently using our booking form. Your room is then booked and will be ready for you on the day of arrival.
Check-in: We offer you the option of checking in at any time using our check-in machine. For personal reception times, please refer to the current information on our website or in the booking tool.

- Any commissions or commission payments are only effective if they have been agreed in advance and recorded in writing in a contract with the management.
- Access to the accommodation and the booked room is only permitted to the named guest. This applies to all booking portals.
- Payment for the booked arrangement must be made on arrival at the latest.
- Individual bookingsFree cancellation until 23:59 on the day before arrival (unless otherwise stated). In case of later cancellation: 100 % of the booking price.
- Group bookings (from 5 rooms): Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. Thereafter: 100 % of the reserved stay volume (room rates without special services).
Our prices are subject to seasonal adjustments. Please refer to the booking tool for the current prices.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the hotel management will decide on a case-by-case basis and depending on capacity utilisation whether a refund is possible.
The final room allocation may change until check-in. You will be allocated a room of the same or a higher category. There is no entitlement to a specific room (exception: barrier-free rooms).
Please note: The images shown on our website are sample images; variations in floor plan and furnishings within a category are possible.
- Prepayment bookings must be credited to our account before arrival.
- If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to release the room in accordance with the cancellation conditions. The cancellation fee remains valid.
- Recommendation: Deposit a credit card with a sufficient limit for the charge on the day of arrival.
- For security reasons, credit card transfers are made exclusively by Fax: +49 (0) 8232 99 81 00.
- Virtual credit cards can only be charged during reception hours.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Additional requests (e.g. extra bed, baby cot, allergy pillow, special room request) can only be considered if they are made before the end of reception hours. Unfortunately, special requests are not possible when booking outside reception hours.
